Why ORZU

In every corner of the world, one Uzbek generation.

A ticket out. None back.

Talent that stays away

Our most talented young people settle abroad, and the country loses the specialists it needs.

Real degree. No job to match it.

A degree, but no matching job

Graduates who come home with a foreign degree still struggle to find work that fits it.

Four cities. No shared group.

A generation spread apart

Students across many countries are cut off from each other and from home.

Hundreds abroad. Three at home.

Experience that never comes home

Global experience, knowledge and contacts flow elsewhere instead of back to Uzbekistan.

ORZU gives this generation one place to find each other.

Who it's for

One community, three ways in.
